About Us

Salisbury Business Park  was initially developed by the South Australian Government as thirteen micro-factories to support small business ventures in the northern suburbs with good and affordable industrial accommodation. Purchased by the present owners in 1999, it has been expanded to 21 warehouses with tenant selection considered in terms of compatibility and value-adding opportunities for the existing businesses.

The proprietors are “hands-on” people who are regularly on site, attending to tenant issues, building maintenance and gardening. They are personally contactable without the need to go through a property manager so your issues can be dealt with immediately.
